2011
Our business was founded in 2011 as a labour only company, bringing together some of West Yorkshire's leading fire protection specialists in a single team. We've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients on various projects, including student accommodation, sheltered housing, and residential extra care facilities. Our aim is to provide comprehensive fire protection solutions tailored to the unique needs of each project.
Our extensive experience in the sector, coupled with our dedicated specialists, allows us to effectively address the complex fire safety requirements across the Residential sector.
2016
In 2016, we rebranded the business to what you know now, Residential Fire Protection. With the increasing requirements of Sprinkler Systems in the Residential sector, we continued to provide our labour only services to some of the biggest sprinkler contractors in the UK, but also began working on our own projects, offering the design, supply, installation and commissioning of BS9251:2021 Residential Sprinkler Systems.
We pride ourselves on our incredibly experienced team, some of whom have been in the industry in excess of 20 years and have worked with us since the business began, assisting in our growth. It is because of this that our valued team not only share our passion for the industry in which we are in, but also recognise the standards expected, which we all hold ourselves accountable to.

Since 2016, Residential Fire Protection has gone from strength to strength, and continue to work closely with our valued clients, delivering high quality installs, all in line with current industry standards.
Due to our continued growth, we're now able to offer both main contractors and end-users a comprehensive turnkey package. This package includes, but is not limited to, fire stopping, builders' work, electrical services, and alarm monitoring.
Our aim is to provide our clients with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that consistently high standards are maintained across all fire safety and associated works. This collaborative approach also significantly reduces the time clients spend managing multiple individual contractors.
